Questions

Do my clients see AIQ?: Inside the app and on their reports, they see your name, logo and color, and "Powered by AIQ" can be switched off. Your clients sign in at AIQ's web address, though, and the sign-in page and account emails (like "confirm your email") are AIQ's. Report emails also carry a small legal line saying they're sent for you by Social IQ, as anti-spam law requires. For a fully white-label setup on your own domain, email us and we'll set it up with you.
How does billing work?: You pay $99 per client per month by card, for the clients you have (3 minimum, so from $297 a month), adjusted automatically as you add or remove clients. You bill your clients however you like: AIQ's own price to businesses is $199 a month.
Can AIQ guarantee rankings in AI answers?: No one honestly can. AI answers change for many reasons. AIQ measures where your clients stand, fixes what keeps them out, and shows what followed each fix with a likely range, never claiming it caused the change.
What do clients need?: Just a website. Connecting WordPress, Shopify or Webflow lets AIQ publish fixes with one click (after you approve them), and linking the Google Business Profile adds the profile check and review replies.
